One unforgettable place we visited is Monument Valley, which is a unique natural landmark and simply gorgeous. You can drive around the valley and explore these historic sites that are significant to Native Americans. A cool thing about this area is that you can camp right in the park. The night sky filled with stars is a sight to behold.
Antelope Canyon is another must-see location, close to Monument Valley. You can easily explore both places in one day as part of a larger road trip. Walking through the beautifully carved canyons with a local guide offers insights into their cultural heritage and significance.
During our trip to New Orleans, we were eager to experience the music scene at Preservation Hall. It’s a must-visit spot offering intimate and incredible jazz performances. Just be prepared for the heat as there’s no air conditioning—but that’s part of the charm.
Maui is a spectacular island to visit, being one of the must-see places when you’re in Hawaii. We’ve been to Maui several times, falling in love with its natural beauty and delicious food spots. You can explore the entire island in a week by car. Don’t miss watching the sunset at the Haleakalā Observatory; it’s breathtaking.
